With Splendour just around the corner, model Alex shows us how you need to update your Festival style!
Festival style has undeniably been dominated by the Woodstock look; think flower crowns, crochet white tops and jean cut offs. These cliched outfit combinations need a refresh.
Alex subverts this played-out festival look, combining a classically paired sheer lacey tee and a burgundy leather skirt, with our chic angular Trapeze bag. This eclectic look embraces the unexpected, celebrates the playfulness of festival fever, and we love it Alex!
With Coachella long gone we are looking forward to the next festival fashion icon; Splendour in The Grass, we want give you some hot style tips. So we sat down with Alex to find out what she can’t live without at a Festival and her most embarrassing fashion moment yet.
What Festivals have you lined up for yourself this year ?
I’m hoping splendour!!
From all the Fashion we saw from Coachella – what was you top pick?
I loved Rihanna’s outfit, the Gucci diamond encrusted body suit. I also loved all of the bold wigs that celebrities were wearing.
What can’t you live without at a Festival ?
Definitely hand sanitizer, a portable phone charger and lip gloss
What has been your most embarrassing Fashion moment to date ?
Accidentally leaving my PJ’s on underneath my outfit, I was very tired.
What item of clothing is just not worth it when it comes to festivals ?
ANYTHING WHITE – yikes.
If festivals aren’t your thing – don’t fret. The Trapeze is super versatile and gives any event/day the perfect pop of cool.
